If this is what life is all about,
I think its better living your life with aliens.

bring me the sparkles

If love could possess lives then love can shine through years. Penning these lines reminded me of one of my favourite songs. As I listened to it I felt my thoughts echo through the song….

life is beautiful

Earthy auburn tones on red bricks
Moss green mosaic on gray walls
Sea green waves turn grimy
Besmirched light bulbs line the rocky path
How dismal would one feel to walk through the same lifeless lane?

Auburn brings in the life to the muted walls
Nature paints lemony motives across ancient walls
The sea reflects the richness of burning crimson and scarlet hues
Sandy seashells have a tinge of sparkling taupe
Glow-worms surround you with quixotic lights
There is always a brighter side of life

A sparkle here and a memory there

I want to take the freeway to paradise island
And immerse myself in the cooling waters
I can see myself framed by the mosaic of earthy tinted shells
My clear reflection is mirrored across the open lazuline skies
Sparkling white sand is my bed so inviting
I want to capture this memory forever
For it is picture perfect

I want to take a flight to the starry galaxy
And fall from the air balloons of clouds
To land on a bed of stars
There I see myself shining across the moonlit skies
The misty breeze calms me down
I want to tuck this dream under my pillow
For it brings in a breath of fresh air

I want to glide through the sidewalk of the bright garden
And give in to the floral fragrances
Trail through the flowery patterns
That form a mirage of rainbow on dewy grass
I want to have this bouquet of refreshing memoirs all for myself
For it exudes a beaming smile
